Topics of the conference:
The conference is organized under the project funded by the European Social Funds, Operation Programme Education for Competitiveness.
The conference is primarily focused on the issue of natural cheeses production. The program also included a lecture on sheep and goat cheeses in order to support the development of farm production and the lecture on current problems of organic milk and cheese production.
The conference is intended primarily dairy producers, farmers but also for students of food science.
The lectures of invited experts from the academic and practical spheres will present the latest information from science, legislation and practice.
The conference will be presented also the results of young scientists - PhD students in the form of posters. The most successful work will be published in a peer-reviewed journal Mlékařské listy.

Participation in the conference is free.
Participants will be paid travel and any accommodation. (accommodation in Zlin)
